About me

During Peter's career, he has been involved in some of Australia’s largest development site transactions. With over twenty-five years of experience Peter has specific expertise relating to master planned communities and greenfield development sites. He is skilled at facilitating and negotiating complex transactions and managing the property planning and development process for large-scale projects. Peter has C-Suite relationships with all of the large listed development companies who focus on master-planned communities, greenfield development, retirement and aged care outcomes. He has also been exposed to highest and best-use analysis, valuation and financial analysis (DCF).
