Victoria Ross

About me

Victoria Ross is an Associate Director in LAWD’s Valuations Team, with specialist skills in cashflow analysis, agricultural economics and manufacturing cost analysis. Based in Brisbane, she has more than five years’ experience valuing agribusiness assets and a lifetime of connection to the rural property sector having grown up on a cattle station in central Queensland.

Victoria’s particular areas of expertise include conducting valuations of intensive agricultural assets such as poultry farms and feedlots, as well as post-farm gate processing facilities (meat, grain, milk, nuts, timber and cotton) throughout Australia. Additionally, Victoria undertakes valuations for mortgage security purposes and financial reporting, and for the provision of pre-purchase due diligence advice to corporate and institutional clients.

Victoria’s skill in agricultural cashflow valuations was recognised by industry, with the Australian Property Institute requesting her to present on the topic to national members in November 2021.
