Nick Turnbull is an Associate Director in LAWD’s Valuations team and brings five years’ experience working in property valuations. He has a personal connection to his role and Australian agriculture, given his upbringing on a sheep and cattle station in Tambo, central western Queensland.
Nick travels extensively throughout Australia to assist in valuing largescale livestock and cropping properties and portfolios, with particular expertise throughout Queensland and into Northern Australia. He is committed to the industries he works with and delivers results to clients through his excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Nick brings extensive on-farm knowledge to his role, and in 2021 spent six months working in Western Australia’s Kimberley region.
He is also capable in the valuation of irrigation properties, horticultural assets, sugar cane operations. Nick undertakes valuations for mortgage security and financial reporting purposes, as well as pre-purchase due diligence advice.
