James Ditchfield is an Assistant Valuer for LAWD and part of the next generation of talented property valuers. His enthusiasm for the industry is clear, with James committing to his role as an Assistant Valuer while also completing a Bachelor of Property Economics and Bachelor of Business at the Queensland University of Technology.
Based in LAWD’s Brisbane office, James has experience assisting in the valuation of several agribusiness assets, including livestock and cropping portfolios across Australia, as well as more intensive agricultural holdings including feedlots, poultry farms and other intensive animal husbandry sites.
James has experience in completing valuations for mortgage security purposes and for financial reporting. He has a financial and analytical background, majoring in accounting to provide a sound knowledge base for his career in valuing intensive agricultural assets.
