With more than five years’ experience in the Irish commercial property sector, Laura’s expertise spans capital markets, consulting on significant development land transactions and providing strategic property advice on all aspects of insolvency.
Prior to moving to Australia and joining LAWD, Laura was responsible for the disposal of commercial investments and advised clients on value, marketing methods, asset management and disposal strategies. From her time spent working in the industry, Laura has gained significant experience working across the deal life cycle from inception to close, including transaction negotiation, structuring and execution.
Laura has also been involved in several distressed asset sales and understands the complexity and sensitive nature of dealing with receivership sales and the restructuring of commercial assets.
Laura has a proven track record of delivering excellent results for clients, particularly in challenging markets, and is well renowned for her thorough analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
