Lauren Roellgen is an Associate Director in LAWD’s Agribusiness Transactions and Corporate Advisory Team.
With more than seven years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant, Lauren has provided strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions to a diverse range of agricultural clients and worked as an agribusiness analyst for the Australian arm of a large Canadian pension fund.
An agribusiness professional, Lauren’s industry experience is complemented by her core areas of corporate expertise including financial modelling, financial analysis and end-to-end deal management.
Throughout her career, Lauren has worked across several production systems within the agriculture sector, including cotton, grains, beef, horticulture, pork and seafood. During this time, she has advised listed companies, private family and corporate businesses, and start-ups.
When not supporting her clients at LAWD, Lauren applies her corporate expertise within her family’s award-winning, large-scale irrigated cotton enterprise, Tyunga Farms, on Queensland’s Darling Downs. She is Vice Chair of the Future Farmers Network Board of Directors and a member of the Royal Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland (RNA) Future Directions Committee, demonstrating her deep connection to industry.

- Bachelor Commerce (Accounting) / Bachelor of Science (Plant Science) – University of Queensland
- Graduate Diploma. Chartered Accounting – Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand
- Governance Foundations for Not-for-Profit Directors – Australian Institute of Company Directors
