Scale
The Aggregation spans a total of 569.71* hectares with a total of 272.54* hectares under plantings. The Aggregation is made up of the following holdings:
Property A – 255.65* hectares with 90* hectares planted to trees.
Property B – 57.54* hectares all of which is planted to avocado trees.
Property C – 79.76* hectares with 35* hectares planted under trees.
Property K – 176.76* hectares with 90* hectares planted under trees.
There is considerable scope to further expand the orchard.

Location
The Aggregation is located within the Blackbutt region, conveniently situated to a range of small towns and larger regional centres. The strategic location of the Aggregation provides convenient access to a full array of markets, services, and amenities.

Climate
The Blackbutt region has long been recognised as one of Queensland’s premier avocado regions holding the annual Avocado Festivals and is supported by an average annual summer dominant rainfall of 857* millimetres.

Quality Improvements
The Property is equipped with quality operational infrastructure including a 66* pallet cold room, packing shed, 2 x machinery shed, workshop, lock up shed, staff room, office and cattle yards.

The Aggregation^ is watered via secure town water to Properties A, B & C and underpinned by five* earth storage dams & 7* bores interlinked with a fertigation system. Property K is securely watered via 6* bores to & extensive irrigation network.
