“Ivanhoe”, a versatile 199ha boasting 715mm annual rainfall, strong productive soils and excellent working facilities in an enviable location close to Boorowa, has been listed for sale by private treaty by Bill and Annabel Scott.

“Ivanhoe” is 95 per cent arable and has been sown to a productive pasture mix consisting of arrowleaf clover, cocksfoot, multiple sub-clover varieties, phalaris and lucerne, boosting its carrying capacity to 2550 DSE. Facilities include an efficient multi-purpose three stand shearing and machinery shed, sheep yards and loading ramp with B-double access and two additional storage sheds, along with a 20,000L rainwater tank. Power is connected to the main operational hub.
