LAWD reiterated its commitment to regional Western Australia, hosting an official celebration for its Brunswick office opening for 90 valued customers and guests.

Held at the stunning Edith Valley in Roelands, the evening was an opportunity to thank existing clients, community members and other stakeholders for their support and contribution to LAWD’s growing national footprint throughout metropolitan and regional centres.

LAWD Senior Director, Tim McKinnon, said the Brunswick office, led by property specialists, Don and Lorelle Fry, was a mark of LAWD’s commitment to supporting the regional WA’s property sector.

“Since inception, LAWD has quickly grown its national presence to include offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Katherine, and regional New South Wales,” Mr McKinnon said.

“The launch of the Brunswick office is an exciting milestone aligned with our strategy of offering premium, tailored property services to local and regional clients, as well as large corporates and institutional investors.”

Together, Mr and Mrs Fry share almost 30 years’ experience in the property sector having worked extensively across the lifestyle and rural market, as well as with developers in the sale and marketing of a number of subdivisions throughout the Southwest of the State. Over the past six years, they have led the transaction of 260 properties with a collective value of almost $200 million.

Mr and Mrs Fry also have extensive, hands-on experience in agriculture as directors of their family dairy enterprise, Katandra Farming, and have held numerous representative positions within the farming industry.
