Edward McKenzie is an Associate Director in LAWD’s Valuations Team, with six years of expertise in the valuation of complex, large-scale assets and portfolios across southern Australia. Based in Melbourne, Edward has a connection to the rural property sector having grown up in an irrigated dairy, beef and cropping region of northern Victoria.
Edward values large-scale dairies and portfolios, irrigated/dryland cropping and grazing properties and portfolios, market gardens and rural lifestyle properties across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and southern New South Wales.
His professional highlights include undertaking valuations of some of Australia’s largest dairying portfolios, including a 29-property portfolio within the north-west of Tasmania, a 28-property portfolio in the Gippsland region and Western Australia’s largest dairying portfolio situated in the south-west.
He also regularly values significant private and corporate portfolios in the northern and western districts of Victoria.
Earlier in his career, Edward undertook municipal revaluation programs for rating and taxing purposes throughout Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales, across various asset classes and using assorted valuation methodologies.
