Georgia has a unique skill set of practical corporate finance experience and advanced technical skills in financial modelling and valuation analysis.
Georgia Hole is an Associate Director in LAWD’s Agribusiness Transactions team in Brisbane.
With more than five years’ experience in corporate finance advisory and merger and acquisition transactions, Georgia brings a range of highly valuable commercial skills to the business. She has managed and assisted with the execution of transactions across diverse industries, however she has a particular interest in Australia’s agriculture sector.
Georgia’s commercial transactions experience is complemented by skills in financial modelling, valuation analysis and technical analysis. She is tertiary qualified in applied finance and mathematics and holds certification in financial modelling and valuation analysis.
