Nick Houston, who grew up on a rural property in New South Wales, brings practical experience to his valuation of agricultural assets throughout Australia.
Nick Houston is an Associate Director in LAWD’s Valuations Team and has more than six years’ experience valuing agricultural assets throughout Australia. Growing up on a broad hectare cropping property in Mungindi in north west New South Wales, Nick was drawn to a career in rural property and is a valued member of the LAWD team. While based in the Brisbane office, Nick travels across Australia to provide valuation services to clients.
Throughout his career, Nick has gained experience valuing irrigated and large-scale dryland cropping assets, along with significant grazing enterprises. He is skilled in the valuation of water entitlements and intensive agricultural holdings and undertakes valuations for mortgage security and financial reporting purposes, and pre-purchase due diligence advice.
