Nick Turnbull’s upbringing on a sheep and cattle station provides an excellent foundation to his enthusiasm for valuing agricultural assets.
Nick Turnbull is an Associate Director in LAWD’s Valuation team and brings five years of experience working in property valuation. He has a personal connection to his role and Australian agriculture, given his upbringing on a sheep and cattle station in Tambo, central-western Queensland.
Nick travels extensively throughout Australia to valuing large scale livestock and cropping properties, including portfolios with particular expertise throughout Queensland, Northern New South Wales and into Central/Northern Australia. He is committed to the industries he works in and delivers clarity to clients through his excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Nick brings extensive on-farm knowledge to his role, and in 2021 spent six months on sabbatical broadening his experience by working on a station in Western Australia’s Kimberley region.
He is also capable in the valuation of irrigation properties and a variety of horticultural assets. Nick undertakes valuations for mortgage security and financial reporting purposes, as well as pre-purchase/pre-sale due diligence advice.
