Rob is a highly respected property sector leader with more than four decades in the industry.
Rob Blain is the Board Chair of LAWD and a highly respected property sector leader. He has more than four decades in real estate and has held several high-profile executive and non-executive positions throughout Australia and Asia, including 20 years in Hong Kong at the helm of CBRE Asia-Pacific.
With extensive experience in transactions, property and asset management, strategic development, cross border investments and capital raisings, Rob also has strong foundations in the agriculture sector both professionally and personally.
Rob’s connection with agribusiness started in childhood, having grown up in the Riverina region of New South Wales. With his wife, Julianne, Rob currently owns 1,760 hectares of prime beef cattle farmland on the Barrington and Manning Rivers on the Barrington Coast of New South Wales.
Rob is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds Financial-grade API. In his role as Chair, Rob committed to achieving successful outcomes for LAWD’s diverse and growing range of clients and supporting LAWD in introducing its investors to attractive opportunities.
