Sam Julian brings more than seven years’ experience working for international property firms and has valued a variety of rural property types across all regions of New South Wales.
Sam Julian is an Associate Director in LAWD’s Valuations Team and has more than seven years’ experience working for international property firms. Raised on his family farm in the New South Wales Southern Tablelands region, Sam has direct knowledge and experience of rural property. Throughout his career, he has been exposed to a variety of rural property types and has experience in high rainfall grazing, equine properties, irrigation and dryland cropping, horticulture, vineyards, dairy and poultry.
Sam primarily undertakes valuations across rural regions in New South Wales, including the Southern Tablelands, Central Tablelands, Riverina, New England and Northern Tablelands, Hunter Region and Western Division. With the ability to embrace new concepts quickly, Sam has a strong understanding and appreciation of the diverse range of commercial enterprises linked to the agricultural sector and uses his excellent communication skills to develop positive relationships with clients.
