Toby McNamee is a hardworking, approachable member of the LAWD team, with experience in the valuation of grazing and cropping assets, along with more intensive agricultural holdings.
Toby McNamee is an Associate Director in LAWD’s Valuations Team and brings energy, a deep knowledge of rural industry and excellent communication skills to his role. He is based in LAWD’s Brisbane office and has more than three years’ experience in property valuation.
Hardworking and always approachable, Toby has specific experience in valuing grazing and cropping assets, along with more intensive agricultural holdings including horticulture, permanent plantings, feedlots and other intensive animal husbandry sites.
Throughout his career, Toby has worked across Australia in the valuation of livestock, cropping and forestry portfolios. He has also undertaken valuations for mortgage security purposes, financial reporting and pre-purchase due diligence advice.
