The accommodation provides stunning views down the valley of the Murrumbidgee River and back towards the city of Wagga Wagga. Occupancy rates run at around 95% and there is council approval to build an additional three cottages.

BELISI WELLBEING & EQUESTRIAN CENTRE
Established in 2012, Belisi Wellbeing & Equestrian Centre is a riding school and community wellness hub striving to enhance the physical and emotional wellbeing of Australians and promote a healthier, more community-centred, environmentally friendly lifestyle. The large established client base includes NDIS recipients and the general public. Clients engage in a range of wellbeing programs such as equine assisted therapy, yoga, meditation and art classes as well as riding lessons catering to all abilities. THE PROPERTY
