The Property is located close to Co-Operative Bulk Handling (CBH) grain receival sites, Yuna, and the Port City of Geraldton. Yuna has a total storage capacity of 155,150* tonnes. The Geraldton grain terminal is one of CBH’s four export terminals with a storage capacity of 670,975* tonnes.

The Property enjoys easy access to major freight networks. Grain can be delivered to local Co-Operative Bulk Handling (CBH) facilities located at Yuna and Geraldton (Port facility).
