Dairy Business
The dairy enterprise is operated under management requiring 1.5 – 2.0 labour units and conservatively milks on average 130* cows, producing 740,000* litres of milk annually. At times 150 cows have been milked, with the dairy having the capacity to milk 70 cows per hour. Dairy infrastructure includes a 16 stand rotary dairy that was refurbished in 2016, including teat sprayers, two feed heads, Easy Dairy computer system, 15,000* litre milk vat, circular yard and backing gate. Milk is supplied to Suputo. The cross bred milking herd comprises Holstien and Brown Swiss cows with both Jersey and Holstien x Brown Swiss bulls being used along with sexed seamen Guernsey straws used for artificial insemination (AI). Some cows are joined to a Hereford bull for beef calf production. Excess dairy heifers have been sold into the Japanese and Chinese live export market.
The dairy herd and plant and equipment would be available to be purchased.

Operational infrastructure
Large hay/machinery shed with capacity to store 120* tonnes, modern calf rearing shed, cattle yards, 40* tonne elevated pellet silo, 100* tonne elevated grain silo and additional machinery shed.

Accommodation
C1870’s weatherboard homestead features three bedrooms, one bathroom and is currently home to the farm manager.
C1995 cottage with two bedrooms, one bathroom, slow combustion wood heater and reverse cycle air conditioning, and is currently rented.
