About me

James is an Assistant Valuer for LAWD, based in Brisbane, Australia and is currently completing his Property Economics and Business degree.

Currently working towards completing a Bachelor of Property Economics and Bachelor Business at the Queensland University of Technology, James has experience assisting with the valuation of numerous agribusiness assets, with a particular focus on farming and grazing assets along with more intensive agricultural holdings including feedlots, permanent plantations and other intensive animal husbandry sites. James has assisted in the valuation of a number of livestock and cropping portfolios throughout Australia. He is experienced in undertaking Mortgage Security Valuations and Financial Reporting Valuations. In addition, James has a financial and analytical background, majoring in accounting, providing a sound knowledge base for the valuation of intensive agricultural assets.
